Artwork & Copyright Declaration
By submitting your files, you’re confirming that the artwork belongs to you or that you have the green light from the creator to print it. It’s your responsibility to make sure you’re following the designer's rules. We just do the printing—we don't take responsibility for any trademark or copyright issues.
"As-Is" Printing Policy We print your files exactly as we receive them. We do not edit, modify, correct color, remove backgrounds, resize, or touch up artwork under any circumstances. By submitting your order, you accept full responsibility for the quality (to include but not limited to resolution, sizing & transparency) of your provided files. We are not responsible for prints that appear pixelated or distorted due to low-quality source files.
Color Accuracy: Digital screens display colors differently than physical ink on film. Actual print colors may vary slightly from your monitor to the final pressed transfer.
Application: We are not responsible for improperly pressed transfers transfers or transfers that are damaged or fail due to incorrect application. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the material compatibility, garment color, and heat-press settings (temperature, pressure, and time) before pressing.

Returns, Refunds, & Our Quality Guarantee

All Sales are Final Due to the custom nature of Direct to Film (DTF) transfers, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once an order is placed and printed, the materials and labor have been permanently dedicated to your custom project.

  • User Application Errors: Issues caused by incorrect heat, pressure, or peel technique. (Please refer to our Application Instructions).
  • Low-Quality Artwork: Pixellation, blurriness, or "fuzz" caused by low-resolution (under 300 DPI) uploads.
  • Transparency Issues: White boxes or "ghost pixels" caused by files that were not properly transparent.
  • Color Variances: Slight shifts between your backlit computer monitor and the physical ink on the garment.
